The Proposal

- The Half-Day Workshop This urgent, half-day workshop was designed to help the client align their in-flight deals and frame a methodology that could be scaled. Post-workshop, Dr. Sutherland offered two weeks of email and phone support to address any follow-up questions.
- Strategic Advisor In addition to the workshop, Dr. Sutherland would act as a strategic advisor for two quarters, offering the client unlimited access for consultation. This option would help solidify their current deals and guide the company in building out a more comprehensive framework for future experimentation.
- Active Support The most hands-on option, which the client ultimately chose, involved Dr. Sutherland actively participating in client conversations, analyzing data, and ensuring that all the deals in the pipeline were optimized for success. He also committed to being available for urgent support while embedding his methodologies directly into the client’s processes.
Each of these options was designed not only to address immediate needs but to empower the client’s team to handle future challenges on their own.
